Great apartment in a beautiful city

Pros: The apartment was perfect for our needs. Good communication from the host prior to arrival and very easy access and welcome upon arrival. Great location, within easy walking distance of many restaurants, bars & shops. Quiet neighbourhood. Spacious apartment, well furnished and very clean throughout. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of hot water for showers. Nice rooftop pool with a great view of the city and the Atlas mountains.

Cons: Everything was fine. I'm only sorry that we didn't have time to stay longer. We intend to visit Marrakech again and would be happy to stay at this apartment. Thank you to our host for a very pleasant stay.

Pros: Close to medina, 15 min walk and on a very quiet area. All confort in a new building.

Wonderful apartment for families

Pros: Nice apartment with large living room, 2 bedrooms. The bathrooms need some upgrades but was fully functional with sufficient water pressure. The property manager was very helpful and despite of his limited English skills, he tried to help. They have terrace pool, but due to busy schedule we couldn’t use it. Washing machine was cherry on top.

Cons: The communication was not easy as the owner and property manager don’t speak English. The apartment exact address is sent on last day which can be avoided. It will be great if they can keep body & hair shampoos. Travellers don’t carry them on the trip.

Pros: Our stay was truly enjoyable. Communication was excellent, and all meetings were punctual and well-organized. The property is located on a calm, quiet street, providing a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The home itself was luxurious, featuring a beautifully maintained rooftop pool and a spacious balcony—perfect for unwinding. The full kitchen was equipped with all the necessary tools and appliances, making it easy to prepare meals. Both TVs were fully functional, the Wi-Fi was reliable, and the living area offered comfortable sofas for lounging. The bed was soft and cozy, ensuring restful sleep. Overall, a high-quality experience in a well-appointed home.

Cons: The home had a few maintenance issues, but the homeowner was extremely kind, responsive, and cooperative throughout our stay. They had informed us in advance about the issue with the electric window in one of the bedrooms, which was not functioning and remained closed. There was an unpleasant odor coming from the dishwasher, and the toilet seat required repair. Despite these minor inconveniences, the overall experience was made much better thanks to the homeowner’s helpful and accommodating attitude.

Pros: Yacine was great to deal with, very friendly and helpful. Everything worked in the apartment.

Cons: The cutlery/ dishes could have done with being cleaned

Central apartment with roof top pool

Pros: Large spacious very well equipped apartment. Yacine was fantastic, so helpful, made our stay relaxing and hassle free. The apartment is very central with a spacious balcony with a great street view lots going on but not noisy enough to disturb sleep. The kitchen was very well equipped including dish washer and washing machine added bonuses. Bed was very comfortable lots of storage space and coat hangers ( never had them in any other apartments so that was brilliant)! Showers were excellent pressure and loved all the different settings and plenty of hot water. WIFI good throughout the apartment, welcome folder was excellent. Icing on the cake was the roof top pool although not massive it was perfect for a cool dip with amazing views. When we are in next in Marrakech will definitely stay here.
