Appartement centre Guéliz avec terrasse spacieuse

Pros: The apartment is just amazing! I travel to Marrakech very often for work — at least for a few days each month — and I usually stay either in hotels or in apartments. More often than not, apartments end up being disappointing: there's always something that doesn’t match the description. But this time, everything was just perfect! The apartment fully matched the description. I stayed alone and had access to the entire place. Everything works. The entrance is convenient. Great location. Clean, stylish, and beautiful. Even though there are bars and cafes nearby, it was quiet inside the apartment. Huge thanks to Mohamed for helping me with all my questions!

Meilleur appartement à Gueliz

Pros: Deuxième séjour dans cet appartement, toujours aussi agréable, calme et très bon emplacement. J’y reviendrai avec grand plaisir.

Un lieu où l’on se sent bien

Pros: J’ai tout aimé : on s’y sent chez soi. La disposition, la décoration et l’emplacement. Bref je recommande à 100%.

Cons: La rue On pourrait l appeler rue de la soif Personnes ivres hurlant et klaxonnant la nuit Donc dommage pour un si bel appartement mais il faut des bouchons d oreilles

Pros: L'accueil par Badr a été super! L'appartement est confortable. Un excellent rapport qualité prix. De très bons restaurants tout près.

Cons: Ça peut être un peu bruyant la nuit. Vaut mieux prévoir des bouchons.

Appartement spacieux avec un emplacement idéal

Pros: Appartement spacieux et très agréable, idéalement placé. Le restaurant au rez de chaussée (Mamma mia) est un plus appréciable: il est excellent !

Cons: L'avantage d'être en plein centre ville a un inconvénient, celui d'être relativement bruyant jusque vers 23h. Ca n'est pas vraiment un problème lorsqu'on est en vacances et qu'on n'a pas besoin de dormir tôt.

Wunderschönes, gut gelegenes Apartment

Pros: Ein wunderschönes Apartment im Stadtteil Gueliz. Sehr gut geschnitten, modern eingerichtet, gut klimatisiert, mit schönem Balkon. Hervorzuheben ist auch der stets hilfsbereite Concierge der Gesamtanlage. Das Apartment ist gut vom Bahnhof erreichbar (auch zu Fuß), in der Nähe gibt es jede Menge Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Post. Eine insgesamt sehr schöne, gepflegte Gegend.

Cons: Die Küche sollte besser geputzt werden. Auch der Check-in als auch der Check-out sollten optimiert werden - wir mussten leider beide Male warten. Sonst aber alles top!

Pros: L' emplacement de l' établissement par rapport aux sites touristiques . Le rapport qualité / prix

Cons: La climatisation centrale est un inconvénient car certaines personnes supportent mal la clim . ( surtout la nuit ) Il serait souhaitable de mettre à disposition un ventilateur pour ceux qui n' utilisent pas la clim. Nous étions 3 , nous n' avions qu' une clef à disposition , il en faudrait 2 . Il y a des améliorations à apporter pour la coordination à l' arrivée : messages , horaires..
