Pros: Unkomplizierte/schnelle /freundliche Kommunikation über WhatsApp mit dem Vermieter Problemlose Schlüsselübergabe vom Vermieter auch um 2 Uhr morgens in der Nacht🙏🙏🏻🙏 Ständige Erreichbarkeit des Vermieters per WhatsApp bei Fragen 👌🙏🏻🙏🙏🏻 Sehr ruhige Lage 👌 sehr gute Ausstattung der Wohnung und der Küche👌 sehr sauber👌 Kühlschrank und Gefrierfach perfekt 👌 Mietwagen ist empfehlenswert 🚗 kurzfristig auch Taxis verfügbar die in der Umgebung fahren🚕

Pros: L’appartement était incroyable et super abordable, il est complet et contient tout ce dont on a besoin. Concernant le propriétaire il est arrangeant et adorable. Je le conseille à 100 % que ça soit pour un couple, pour un groupe d’amis ou bien une famille. J’ai hâte d’y retourner.

Un séjour agréable dans un établissement propre, bien équipé et avec un personnel chaleureux.

Pros: J'ai beaucoup apprécié la propreté irréprochable des lieux, le personnel très sympathique et accueillant, ainsi que le fait que tout soit disponible sur place. C'était très pratique et agréable, je me suis sentie vraiment bien.

Pros: 公寓非常新，设计用心，设施完备，是整个摩洛哥游游期间住得最好的一家。楼下方便停车，公寓有门卫，安全。房东热情，回复及时。厨具齐全，方便烹饪。

EXCELLENT

Pros: Établissement EXCELLENT J’y était pour l’événement du Gitex, difficile d’ y aller avec les tarifs des taxis chers mais cet établissement et le tout compris a rendu mon séjour très agréable. Hôte respectueux et très disponible. Je suis tombée malade sous l’effet du changement climatique après avoir aussi fait +6h de train depuis Fès pour venir sur Marrakech mais il a été au support, à l’orientation, aux conseils et le tout dans le respect. Tous les équipements sont à portée, connexion wifi très fluide, résidence propre , sécurité top et calme. Centre commercial, resto, mosquée, pharmacie, aux alentours. 10 sans hésiter.

شقة مناسبة أنصح بها

Pros: الشقة جيدة، نظيفة، مجهزة بالكامل، وأثاثها جديد، في حي هادئ، وبجوار المسجد، وقريب منها بقالة، وتبعد دقائق مشيا عن شارع عبد الكريم الخطيب، وهو شارع حيوي: فيه جميع الخدمات.

Cons: لا شيء، والأفضل أن يكون معك سيارة خاصة، يوجد موقف مجاني.
