Very good stay
Pros: Very friendly host, good and fast communication. Nice, spacious apartment, everything as described. Lovely balcony facing the afternoon/evening sun and the sunset. The concierge was very kind. Some restaurants and supermarkets nearby. Half an hour walk to the city center, or the bus stop is also near. Taxi to the airport costs 100 MAD.

Pros: The apartment was very nice and clean, the consierge is a very kind man , The appartenent Is in a non turistic Place and this is a great thing if you are traveling on a budget, everything is near restaurants at a very convenient price, supermarkets, autobus the go to the Medina for the price of 0.40€ cent per person 4dirhams , and the autobus for the aeroport is very near, Everything was clean, everybody were kind, First time in Marrakech but we will absolutely return
Cons: The vacancy was short and we wish we had time to stay longer

Very peaceful, cosy place to be.
Pros: The apartment is cool and cosy, we felt like at home. The balcony is a treasure The host is easy to communicate with and she helped us with some very touristic questions. The gentleman in the doorway is a very kind and helpful person. The location is a bit far from Medina but one gets the experience of the non-touristic part of the city. Good for longer stays The down side of the location was the lack of places to eat. There are a few just around the corner, but they don't reach the quality of the local bakery.

Pros: Przede wszystkim lokalizacja, obiektu jest położony w nie turystycznej dzielnicy. Co sprawia że można doświadczać autentycznego miejsca lokalnego. Piękny widok z balkonu.
Cons: Niestety, pralka nie działała. Zbyt nachalny Kosynier. Prusaki.

Saubere und gemütliche Wohnung mit Balkon
Pros: Vermieter war sehr flexibel und zuvorkommend. Wir durften vor Check in Zeit einreisen und am Abreisetag auch nach der Check out Zeit den Schlüssel abgeben. Madame Meriem war wirklich sehr nett und Herr Mohamed, der Concierge ist ein lieber und hilfsbereiter Mensch. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt, begehbare Dusche nach dem Marktbesuch war super. Bäckerei direkt unten, Street food Fans wie ich, finden eine Reihe verschiedener Optionen zum 'rumprobieren'. :-) Wir kommen gerne wieder. Vielen Dank an die Gasgeberin. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt!
Cons: Etwas laut durch den Verkehrslärm und Bauarbeiten in der Nähe, aber das ist in einer so großen Stadt wie Marrakesch nicht überraschend (WM 2030 Vorbereitungen inklusive). Nachts allerdings war es ruhig und man konnte gut schlafen :-). Tagsüber ist /sollte man sowieso unterwegs sein, denn es gibt viel zu sehen und zu erleben ;-).

Ev sahibi çok ilgiliydi. Özellikle kapıcı Muhammer çok cana yakın ve çok yardım severdi.
Pros: İhtiyacım olan her olanaklar mevcuttu. Ekmek fırını, restoranlar, ATM’ler herşey çok yakındı. Turistik yerlerden 3-4 kilometre uzak olduğu için fiyatlar çok uygundu. Yemek için iki kişi ortalama €7-10 çok ucuzdu.

Pros: We had a wonderful stay in this apartment. It was very comfortable and located in a pleasant neighborhood. The location was convenient—just a short walk from an avenue with bus connections straight to the medina. You could also walk there if you prefer. The concierge was exceptionally kind and helpful. Even with limited English, he always made sure we got the information or directions we needed. His support made our stay even smoother. Would definitely recommend!

Muy cómodo, bonito y bien comunicado.
Pros: Meryem me recibió en el apartamento aunque llegué tarde. Ella fue muy atenta y servicial, me ayudó siempre que lo necesite. El apartamento muy cómodo, y más bonito que las fotos. con todos los detalles. Muy bien comunicado con varias líneas de autobuses. El conserje del edificio también muy amable y servicial. Sin duda lo recomiendo.
