Nice apartment , walking distance to shops and cafes

Pros: Lovely apartment with two rooms , large sofa and basic kitchen . A lovely cafe called Gouthé just up the road serving good , cheap breakfast . Security on the gate .

Cons: Fourth floor , no lift do was a struggle for my friend with mobility issues . Was difficult to find in taxi , three times we got lost in different taxis .

Pros: If you have car , this is best place for you because there are the guards guarding it, and it is easy to come from that position to City Center

Great value for price

Pros: Great position, 10minutes ride from everywhere and not too central so it was nice to relax in the evening without the crowd noise. The host helped me finding a sim card to use during my stay in Marrakech and assisted me in finding the property upon arrival.

Etwas außerhalb von der Innenstadt, dafür aber schön, groß und günstig. Kann ich weiterempfehlen!

Pros: Schöne Wohnung mit zwei kleinen Balkonen. Es gibt ein Nachtwärter und Tagwärter, der in einem kleinen Häuschen vor der Siedlung und den geparkten Autos wacht. Parken gratis vor dem Haus mit Wächter möglich. Absprache mit dem Vermieter über WhatsApp war möglich (ich hatte nur eine SIM für Internet ohne Telefonieren).

Cons: Das Licht im Treppenhaus war kaputt und man musste mit der Handytaschenlampe das Treppenhaus hinauf. Darauf wurde ich jedoch direkt hingewiesen und vermutlich wird das auch bald wieder repariert.
