Appartement élégant et cosy

Perfect place for family with children.

Pros: Everything was spotless, cosy and very comfortable. The water pressure was excellent, and the internet was fast and stable. The house is guarded, which made us feel safe. The heating system also worked perfectly. Right next to the house there is Musta Food, a place where locals eat – we went there three times and were never disappointed. It is also close to the city center and within walking distance. If we return to Marrakech, we would definitely choose to stay here again.

Cons: At the end of 2025, the surrounding area was essentially a construction site, but during our stay it did not bother us in any way.

From the moment we arrived, everything was just right — the apartment is beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, and incredibly comfortable. It truly lives up to its name — both elegant and cosy in every way. The location was ideal, the space was well-equipped with everything we needed, and it felt like a home away from home. The host was extremely polite, friendly, and welcoming, making the whole experience even more special. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay, and without a doubt, we’ll be returning on all our future visits. Highly recommended 💯

Pros: Excellent location just 6/7minutes walk to train station and all cafes shops next to the apartment.

Cons: Small toilet area maybe not suitable for family with small children.

Cons: El ruido del vecindario. Hubo una barbacoa en lel interior de la casa contigua,el pasillo se llenó de humo y nuestro apartamento olía mucho a la barbacoa.

Pros: Le logement est très bien situé, propre, et le propriétaire et disponible et très respectueux. Nous étions 6 personnes et nous n’avons pas manqué de place. La gare de Marrakech se trouve juste derrière et il a un restaurant juste en bas de l’immeuble. Merci au propriétaire!

Pros: L'appartement était spacieux, joliment décoré et idéalement situé, à proximité de toutes les commodités. On s’y sent tout de suite comme chez soi. L’hôte a été disponible et attentionné. Un grand merci pour toutes ses délicates attentions qui ont vraiment marqué notre séjour. Nous nous sommes sentis tellement bien que nous avons même décidé de prolonger d’une nuit pour en profiter encore un peu plus ! Mention spéciale également au personnel de la résidence, toujours agréable et professionnel. Après deux mois passés au Maroc, c’est sans aucun doute le meilleur logement que nous ayons eu. Nous le recommandons à 100 % et reviendrons avec grand plaisir !
