Pros: Highly recommend a stay at this property. The rooms were amazing, so clean, great facilities, stunning breakfast and unreal staff that were so friendly especially Faysal. 10/10 recommend

Pros: Very warm welcome by Faysal. He supports you with whatever he can. Breakfast was great and could be taken where you want (I recommend the rooftop). We had one big room for my family (5 adults), nicely decorated with windows on each side. Sunset from our bedroom! Definitely a recommendation for a Marrakech visit.

A pleasant hotel with plenty of character

Pros: It had plenty of character. Bed was comfortable and staff were friendly and helpful. The location was also very good being about 15 minutes from the Medina

Cons: The lift looked like it might or might not make it to the fifth floor

Dream accommodation

Pros: We really enjoyed our stay. Their apartment is beautifully designed, with traditional elements. The staff is very attentive and goes above and beyond to make your stay as comfortable as possible. They prepared the apartment for us before check-in and allowed us to leave our luggage after check-out, as we had a late-night flight. The breakfast was a feast. If you want to feel like a character from 1000 Arabian Nights, book this accommodation.

Perfekte Lage, wunderschöne Unterkunft und ein außergewöhnlich herzlicher Service – absolut empfehlenswert!

Pros: Diese Unterkunft war wirklich etwas ganz Besonderes. Die Lage ist perfekt und zentral. Alles ist schnell erreichbar. Faysal ist hervorragend, herzlich und immer hilfsbereit. Man fühlt sich vom ersten Moment an willkommen. Absolut empfehlenswert – wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Very nice hostel but need renovation, fresh paint and fix some types which are going out under you feet. With this money

Pros: Safe location, almost Main Street, close to the city and main attractions, nice breakfast and friendly people

Cons: Main entrance has no sign, a bit weird and dirty around the entrance(need to climb on elevator till the rooftop), hotel staff doesn’t speak English at all so we had difficulty (especially on check-out procedure were late and almost lost our flight), bathroom and the rooms we stayed was in tragic condition - full of mold and dirt, stains on the walls, very heavy smell of Arabic oils and parfume.
