Appartement Marrakech Hivernage N54 RESIDENCE CAPRICE PALACE

Wonderful apartment in a great neighbourhood with a good facilities in walking distance.

Pros: I was greeted and shown to the apartment by the host who proactively contacted me on whatsapp to check my arrival time. The apartment was spacious, really nicely furnished and had all the appliances to make the stay really comfortable. We enjoyed walking around the neighbourhood and sitting on the balcony. Check-out was simple. Highly recommended!

Beautiful apartment in nice area of Marrakech

Pros: Excellent location, beautiful apartment, lovely balcony to sit out on. Loved it

Cons: Only one toilet roll provided for 5 night stay. No sun loungers around pool

Pros: Emplacement au top la réception tout le monde agréable aussi bien jour que nuit .

Cons: Le bruit de certaines personnes ne respectant pas les horaires

Pros: L’appartement est très bien meublé. Même le tapis de prière y était. Très bien agréable avec ses couleurs et son style de décor.

Cons: Un seul lieu comme sanitaire englobant douche , WC ,et lavabo pour 3 personnes . Tout le beau décor était pour le salon et la chambre était sobre .Dommage !

Pros: Rien a dire belle appartement ya juste un peu de poussière au sol (ya des travaux dans l appartement a côté peux être la poussière vient de là)sinon le reste est nickel 👍

Pros: appartement agréable et fonctionnel. Proche commodités en marchant un peu. L'hôte Laïla est très réactive.

Pros: Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans ce charmant appartement joliment décoré. Nous avions tout ce qu'il nous fallait, même les serviettes pour la piscine! Très bon quartier. Cafés, restaurants et supermarché à proximité. Menara Mall et M Avenue à deux pas.

Confortable et très bien situé

Pros: Merci à Laila et à la personne à la réception pour leur accueil et les effort fourni pour que nous puissions passer un excellent séjour. J’ai adoré votre appartement l’emplacement les équipements et l’excellente communication de Laila je revenais d’un super hôtel mais j’ai préféré mon expérience dans cet appartement merci et sûrement à bientôt :)

Great location and fun locally designed rooms. Seems more popular with families and long-term visits

Pros: It's a much homier feel than staying in a hotel. Picking up the keys was super easy and efficient. The pool area was easily accessible and much needed when it's so hot out!

Cons: As a young, single guy I wasn't looking to stay at such a family oriented location. I did hope to spend a little more time in the pool but it was completely overrun by crazy kids! I'm glad they were having fun! Just not quite the vibe I'm going for on vacay.

Pros: Proximité avec l'aéroport les centres commerciaux M avenue et Menara Mall Quartier assez calme. Résidence bien gérée, agréable. Propriétaire très aimable serviable et réactive, je suis très reconnaissant

Cons: Manque d'un vrai second lit. Mais les espaces canapé sont bien pour des petits enfants.
