Perfect for couple or 3. Big 1 bhk and comfortable

Pros: We recently stayed for 4 nights. Location is the best if you dont want to stay in medina and still wanted a city vibe. Restaurants, coffee shops, authentic moroccan cuisine in small cafeterias are around tge areas. Taxis around too and groceries are nearby. Building is located in the center and along the road which is easy to find. And its just 10 to 15 dhs taxi from medina to this building and vice versa.

Cons: Everything is absolutely okay, it is just the dust which is not super dusty but hoping for owner to have it clean before the client comes in. And also if they can put bidet ? Or some tub in the bathroom 😅

Excellent place to stay.

Pros: Top floor apartment, great views, clean and easy access. Friendly staff. Pool (but icy water).

Great Place to stay but there is room for improvement on the service.

Pros: Nice and clean apartment. Free WiFi, Great Location, Pretty Safe and lively too. Some noise in the night but its because of the vibe so no problem. Easy to find shops, supermarket, cafes and restaurants near by. Easy to reach Jemaa El-Fana but in the evenings sometime its slightly difficult to get taxis since they are very busy at that time of the day. Host is nice guy since he allowed me to checkout very late and also waited for me to hand over the key since I got stuck at the airport due to huge crowed landed in Marrakesh that evening and it took nearly 3 hours to clear immigration. So He was very patient to wait for me around mid night. So big thanks to him.

Cons: The Bathroom is not excellent since the shower is poor (need to hold the shower head with your hand and no holder) and slow water pressure mostly. No towels provided during my entire stay of 7 days. Host was not checking either since he handed over the key. So It would have been nice if he could check on and I could have asked but again I didn't want to bother him.

Fantastic apartment with a truly kind owner.

Pros: The owner is so kind, he went out of his way to help me with my luggage when I arrived and left. The apartment itself is super clean, modern and in a great location. Do not hesitate to book this place. You will not regret it!

Pros: Je tiens à remercier mr amine pour sa gentillesse et son professionnalisme. L’appartement était magnifique au centre ville. On va revenir une prochaine fois sûrement. Merci encore 🫶🏼

Pros: Étant au centre de la ville, on était près de tous les services nécessaires, supermarché (Marjane Market, BIM), superette, banques, arret de bus, station de gasoil, et en plus la résidence est à 15 minutes de la gare à pieds, à 10 min du mall Carré Eden, et à 12 min de la place El-Fna par voiture

Pros: Excellent séjour dans cet appartement ! Tout s’est très bien passé, le logement était parfaitement propre et conforme à la description. Je recommande sans hésiter !

Séjour exceptionnel

Pros: Extrêmement satisfaite de cet établissement qui répond parfaitement à mon besoin. Le propriétaire est très accueillant et avenant. Il était disponible et serviable. L appartement est très propre, bien équipé avec un emplacement exceptionnel. Je recommande vivement cet appartement et n hésiterai pas à le réserver une autre fois si l'occasion se présente. Merci infiniment pour tout. J'ai passé un agréable séjour avec mes enfants grâce à vous

Pros: appartement très bien placé à Gueliz et très bien équipé, spacieux et dans une résidence sécurisée et calme. Piscine en intérieur et salle de sport dans la résidence.
