Appartement Zazat

The appartement was great 10/10, the customer service was horrible 0/10

Pros: The appartement was great and clean. It contains all what you need. The appartement owner Mrs. Zakia was great, very helpful and was always responding to my questions.

Cons: The worst customer service that I have ever had worldwide was with the manager (Lamia) of the appartement. She was very rude with me, whenever I want to talk, she keeps interrupting me. She started giving me a lecture of how to behave. When I wanted to leave she turned off her phone and I was stuck with the keys. After a few hours she told me that was traveling. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I was frustrated with her service and the swimming pool that was destroyed and empty. The reason why I chose that appartement was for the swimming pool for my kids, but unfortunately, it is misleading information.

Pros: A very clean apartment, and the owners are wonderfully helpful, equipped with the smallest details. I liked it very much, and I spent enjoyable times in it, especially with the view overlooking a beautiful agricultural land at sunset. I strongly recommend it to everyone who wants to relax in a clean and beautiful place.

Pros: Tout pour passer un excellent séjour avec une conciergerie très réactive et à l’écoute. Nous reviendrons.

Schöne Unterkunft mit Einschränkungen wenn kein Pärchen

Pros: Sehr saubere und schöne Wohnung mit einer großen getrennten Küche und zwei Balkonen Gute Busanbindung in die Innenstadt und zum Bahnhof (Preis 40 Cent) Das Taxi wollte für die Distanz 20€ Nutzen Sie einfach den Bus und sparen Sie sich ein bisschen Geld

Cons: Leider konnte die Schlafcouch aufgrund eines Defekts nicht genutzt werden Da wir kein Pärchen sondern lediglich zwei Freunde sind und keine Lust auf Kuscheln in einem Bett hatten war es für einen von uns zwei sehr harte Nächte Bitte reparieren und ersetzen!

Un appartement confortable tout équipé et secure , MARJANE centre commercial à 10 min à pied👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽

Pros: Un gardien a l’entrée de la résidence qui surveille les entrées très serviable et gentil. une remise des clefs parfaitement organisée. Un accueil chaleureux bien que les propriétaires soient à l’étranger , ils étaient adorables ! Une communication français anglais marocain parfaite. Deux petits bacons, une jolie salle de bain, la wifi et une cuisine très bien équipée. L’appartement était clair , confortable et très propre. À disposition collées à la résidence une épicerie et une pharmacie ! Top 👍🏽 En bref un super prix pour Marrakech et un accueil parfait , la sécurité est rassurante et l’appartement cosy .Chère Zaza merci 🤍🌸🫶🏽

Pros: Appartement très propre et très joliment décoré avec toutes les installations nécessaires pour passer un bon séjour Literie très confortable, résidence tres calme et à la fois pas trop loin des commerces. Lamia nous a accueilli tres chaleureusement et s est montrée tres disponible et réactive, nous passons un super sejour!
