Pros: Location of the apartment is good, between medina and new town,easy to walk to everywhere ,also next door is a supermarket , so very convenience. The apartment is big , has a balcony looking to the garden, close to main road but not too noisy when windows are closed Bed is comfy too Overall I enjoyed staying in the apartment

Cons: The washing machine is not working, and can't watch YouTube on smart TV,but both are not a big issue

Pros: Very easy instructions to get into the property. It was well equipped and was very spacious for a family of four.

Pros: Central old apartment . Very spacious .Good ventilation . Close to all tourist places .

Cons: The kitchen needs renovation , very old with few broken cabinets Falling out The main shower , slippery not safe for people with disability and mobility issues . There was no hair dryer . Eventually we got one after three days of negotiation.

Pros: The location is amazing! The place is beautiful and huge.

Cons: The few functioning lights in the apartment are extremely bright and cold white.

Pros: Excellent location, clean and comfortable stay with everything we needed.

Cons: Nothing major, but the AC was a bit noisy with some leakage of draining water and the light bulb in one room was not working well.

Pros: Residence La Fontaine is elegant and well situated – not far from the main transport hubs and only a kilometre from Kutubia and Jama F’na. Our appartment was clean and modern and all the facilities worked. The security personnel were polite and helpful.

Cons: There were originally three in our party when I made the booking, but then another friend joined us – I informed the management of this and paid an additional supplement. With four in our party we needed one room with a double bed and the other room with two single beds. Unfortunately both rooms had double beds – so in order to accommodate three ladies’s preferences, I had to book another single room appartment at another Residence. This was not convenient for me, but I hasten to add that this extra cost in my having to book another room elsewhere was not the management’s fault: when I first made the booking for three people, two double bedrooms were fine.

Pros: There is not a single bad remark. Everything was more than excellent. From the friendliness of the apartment owner, the equipment with all necessary devices, WiFi, to the perfect cleanliness. Excellent value for money. Excellent starting position for sightseeing.

A great property for a short break in Marrakech.

Pros: This was just an overnight stay, and the apartment was perfectly located to get to restaurants etc. It’s on a main road but there is very little noise inside the property. It’s very spacious and there was plenty of hot water and fluffy towels.

Pros: Nice and spacious apartment in a good place near Medina.

Pros: Kind staff, good value for money and spacious. It is not too central (15-20 minute walk to the medina), but the area was nice and the taxis to the centre are super cheap (20 dirham)
