Pros: 1- Well kept apartment 2- Nice landlord and flexible in terms of check in/out and always texting to make sure we are ok and tried his best to help and was always easy to get in touch with him 3- Ali 4- landlord and Ali tried their best to make our holiday the best, so thanks both. 5- kitchen has everything apart of Microwave. 6- very comfortable fancy beds. 7- lots of blankets 8- nice toilets. 9- secure building 10- Small grocery shops within walking distance, although expensive enough compared to Europe 11- lots of backers around.
Cons: Things that need to be improved: 1- WIFI as the current WIFI is a nightmare 2- Maybe if the landlord want to make any connections with a taxi driver or at least have few phone numbers for a taxi drivers incase if the guests need them otherwise you need to think twice if you will be taxi dependent as it might take you few hours to find a taxi if you are lucky enough! . Also you need to be aware small taxi in marrakech can just accommodate 3( including infants from my experience) and this is an add on to the taxi issues as it's impossible to find big taxi around the apartment or anywhere in Marrakech apart of the city centre and airport. 3- Microwave as there is none in the apartment. 4- Maybe the apartment needs to be cleaned, and at least the toilets need to be cleaned daily, but no one came to clean the apartment at all, and I spent 7 days! 5- There is toilet paper but no toilet bidet(strange!)

Very satisfied of this accommodation. Comfort was not an issue so we fully enjoyed our holidays.
Pros: The host was awesome. He texted all the needed info a day prior to our arrival and kept texting to check if we needed something and if everything was OK. The residence is safe and guarded. The appartement is very nicely furnished, cosy and well equipped. It fit our family of 4 adults and 3 kids. Grocery stores and cafés are nearby if you wanna have breakfast or a pizza/sandwich.
Cons: The location is quite good but you'll need a drive to go to most of the touristic locations and entertainment area.

Pros: La propreté. La gentillesse du propriétaire et son attention vis à vis de notre petit avec la mise à disposition de livre pour enfants. Magnifique présentation des serviettes en forme de signe. Là mise à disposition du meilleur des livres. Les agents de sécurité étaient adorables et prévenant. L’emplacement est idéal, la piscine agréable pour les petits. Un grands merci

Dans la globalité, parfait.
Pros: Le propriétaire était aimable et très réactif lors des appels sur les quelques petits soucis. L'appartement est très bien situé pour une personne motorisé. L'accès au parking sous-sol de la résidence est facile et pratique pour une totale sécurité de notre voiture. Et le plus important dans tout ça, c'est que l'appartement était très propre et très bien équipé, toute ma petite famille a aimé. En tout cas très bon séjour et à conseiller.
Cons: Les 2 derniers jours, il y avait des travaux chez les voisins de beau matin et au marteau piqueur, mais ce n'était pas très tôt, c'était aux alentours de 9h30, c'est seulement dérangeant lorsqu'on veut faire la grasse matinée. Mais à part ça, c'était parfait.

Pros: très bon emplacement accueil chaleureux de Mr Mohamed qui nous a donné tous les conseils utiles pour que notre séjour se passe au mieux .Je recommande vivement ce logement qui est très fonctionnel et très propre nous avons passé un agréable séjour.
Cons: rien tout était parfait
