Aya Suites

Pros: Location, staff, accommodation were great. One of the best option in Marakesh with a kid. Hotel was nice to offer a free breakfast because of a small problem we had day before.

The staff was nice and the beddings were comfy. Can improve the toileting and bathing facilities.

Pros: Clean and comfy. Exactly the same as photos shown. Many nice restaurants nearby.

Cons: Hot water for showering is unstable, a bit flooded and overflow.

Pros: The rooms are big,and bedrooms are comfortable The people are really nice

Pros: It was really nice, the staff were very exceptional(Mohamed and the lady with the nice name). The location was really good too. I will come here again when I revisit Marrakech.

The staff deserves a higher rating than 10!

Pros: The best staff on the entire Moroccan holiday! We got a better apartment than we booked, 3 toilets, comfortable beds, high level of cleanliness and welcome and parting gifts. The most important thing - it was warm in the apartment, which is unusual for January in Morocco. Of the 8 accommodations we changed, this was the only one where the space could actually be heated. After several nights spent in riads and camps, we needed this kind of treatment (we spent there 2 nights).

Nice apartment, friendly and helpful staff

Pros: We loved our stay at Aya suites. The staff at the reception desk is really friendly and helpful. The apartment has really high standards. I stayed with my 3 children. The area is really safe and there is a nice restaurant downstairs. It is a 15/30 min walk to the old town. I really recommend tha Aya suites of you come to visit Marrakesh

Great place to stay in Marrakesh.

Pros: Location, good area, easy to approach, lot of nice eating places. Very helpful and welcoming staff, who try to fulfil all requirements. Manal was extremely good, she arranged a nice breakfast and airport shuttle which was additional facility provided by her. Very clean and spacious apartment, Daily cleaning was making it more comfortable. We were 3 people and enjoyed our stay.

Cons: Nothing, the staff was too good.
