Suite Majorelle - Luxe-Terasse-Parking privée

Lovely, quiet, very well equipped. And helpful staff!

Pros: Despite some construction works in the area (as of Feb 2026) the apartment is super quiet, a great retreat after overwhelming visit to medina. 2 bathrooms, wonderful terrace, well equipped kitchen. If you visit Jardin Majorelle, this is the place for you, just 5 minutes walk from the area of YSL. Our host, Khalid was very helpful, always on WhatsApp, answering our questions quickly. Overall a lovely stay if you prefer to be a bit further away from the chaos of the city.

Cons: All was great

Pros: We loved the building, fixtures and fittings, everything was high quality, worked well and there were no issues. It was spacious and quiet with everything you could need.

Cons: The location was a 20 minute walk from the main sights we wanted to see, this was not a problem us but might be if you are expecting to be in the middle of the Medina.

Pros: Clean and beautiful apartment. Convenient location.

Cons: There was no kettle and was told to boil saucepan for wster. air con in living area wasn’t working but was fixed straight away, iron did not work and had to wait for it to be repaired ( a replacement would have been better) and when it was fixed and we went to use it the iron nearly caught fire, reply from host about this was not very good very matter of fact. There could have been more information about local area, I.e where the taxi rank was, local shops etc.

Pros: The flat was big and had a beautiful terrace for us to relax and have a nice view. The hosts were great and very quick to respond to queries

Very comfortable

Pros: Location was good, walking distance to carrefour, McDonalds and other luxury brand shops. Nice quiet neighbourhood. A little difficult to find at first but once we found it, it was easy explain to taxi drivers where it was. Apartment was very clean and amenities were excellent.

Cons: Could've been easier to locate at first, maybe a little more description as to where exactly it was as tourist don't really know area and addresses much.

Pros: The flat was in a good location for the majorelle gardens ,which was mainly while we choose to stay here. It had all well equipped kitchen ,so you could easily cook. The flat was clean and tidy. There was parking underneath the building and 24hr concierge.

Cons: Whilst the flat is well appointed, it is quite a walk to the Medina. We didn't get a taxi but I think you could easily find one. There is a hospital under construction which we had a bit of noise from during the day, but we guess that is to be expected in this expanding city

Pros: Appartement spacieux joliment décoré, literie confortable, salle de bain dans chaque chambre, la terrasse agréable

Cons: Toutes les serviettes humides, pas de torchons, impossible de faire fonctionner le WiFi

Tout était parfait, rien ne manquait, nous y séjournerons à nouveau avec plaisir !

Pros: Appartement très confortable, spacieux, lumineux, joli style épuré, très propre et parfaitement équipé. Nous y avons dormi dans le calme total (nous y étions en novembre). La literie est très confortable, impeccable. 2 salles d'eau, 2 wc et un coin toilette spacieux avec lavabo. 2 sèches cheveux (c'est rare !). Une cuisine très bien équipée avec produits de base à disposition (sel, poivre, vinaigre, huile, café, thé etc.). Nous n'avons pas cuisiné vu les nombreuses et passionnantes expériences culinaires en extérieur. Les échanges cordiaux, réactifs, et à tout moment si besoin, avec Khalid le propriétaire, son déplacement en fin de séjour pour nous saluer, une personne très attentionnée. La facilité d'accès avec boîte à clé à l'arrivée. Présence d'un aimable gardien nuit et jour dans l'immeuble. La situation à 5 minutes à pied du Parc Majorelle, du musée Yves Saint-Laurent et du quartier moderne de Gueliz. Les commerces de proximité accessibles à pied.

Cons: Quelques pannes de l'ascenseur (l'appartement est situé au 4ème étage) à connaître par exemple pour des personnes à mobilité réduite. Immeuble en face en fin de construction qui cependant ne nous a pas dérangés pendant notre séjour (nous sommes restés une semaine).
