The home condition and style is beautiful but the property agency need to review their service delivery

Pros: The property is beautiful, bright and big. The property has all the amenities listed and more. The area is beautiful with good concierge. The internet connection was strong. The air condition in both bedroom was strong and warmed up the room very well in this winter weather.

Cons: The air condition in the living-room was not working, the engineer came to inspect it without resolving the faulty. The living-room was ice cold so I had to use a hot bottle warmers to hold against our body for heat when sitting in the living room. The master bedroom bedding had food crumbs on our arrival so we had to use extra blankets to sleep on top of the bedding until they came to change the bedding g the flowing day. The floor was dusty and unclean so the agency sent the cleaner to deep clean the property. The agency were running me down for City Tax payment disturbing my holiday. They said it was 75euro for two adults and children then when I challenged them they changed this to 35 euro. Following this dispute the property agency began to verbally insult me on the final day.
