Pros: Le quartier est très calme, immeuble récent avec parking gardé. Par contre l' équipement doit être amélioré ( par exemple 2 serviettes seulement à disposition !). Et puis si vous n'avez pas de voiture ça va être compliqué. On est à 7kms de la médina et à pied dans le quartier il n'y a presque rien en commerces. Bref bon rapport qualité prix pour les voyageurs baroudeurs comme nous et pour qui Marrakech n'est finalement qu'une étape obligatoire comme carrefour de routes, mais rien d'autre !
