Very good value for the money, modern, clean, comfortable appartement

Pros: Modern, new apartement, clean, comfortable. Mohamed, the owner is very friendly, helpful. The breakfast was delicious, fresh. If you plan to make journey early in the morning, you can reorganise the breakfast with him. I was very contant to have this clean, modern apart in the new city and not in the old, crowded medina. In 5 minute walk there is a supermarket, Mcdo, taxi in the main street etc.
