Professional host, Spotless apartment in an Upscale neighborhood

Pros: The host was incredibly accommodating, patient, and courteous. He gave us clear directions, shared the location in advance, and even waited for us when we took a wrong turn and arrived later than expected. Check-in was smooth and professional. He checked our IDs, had all the paperwork ready, and showed us around, very much like the process in a hotel. The building itself is clean and secure. The apartment is located on a major street in a safe neighborhood, which made us feel comfortable throughout our stay. The apartment looks exactly like the photos; no surprises. It was spotless, thoughtfully decorated, and very well maintained. I honestly can’t emphasize enough how clean everything was. The mattresses were soft and comfortable, the blankets were fresh and plentiful, and the living room furniture was new, clean, and neatly kept. Overall, a great stay with a host who clearly takes professionalism and guest experience seriously. Highly recommended.

Cons: There are a few things worth noting for future guests. - The electric water heater has a limited capacity, so hot water runs out fairly quickly, which can result in cold showers. I raised this with the host, and he acknowledged the issue and mentioned he is considering upgrading the water heating system. - We also underestimated the distance from the city center. While 5 km doesn’t sound far, in Marrakech it can take 20–30 minutes to reach Gueliz or Jamaa El Fna due to heavy downtown traffic, frequent red lights, and stop-and-go driving, which can feel stressful at peak times. - Lastly, while street parking is free, it can be difficult to find since the apartment is on a major street with banks, boutiques, and restaurants. Overall, these are logistical considerations rather than deal-breakers, and transparency about them helps set the right expectations. We adapted to these small nuances and they weren't major inconveniences or deal-breakers for us at all. Will we stay at the apartment again? Absolutely and without hesitation!

Pros: Sehr hilfsbereiter und netter Vermieter. Die Wohnung. Alles war sauber, gut organisiert und genau wie beschrieben. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und würde die Unterkunft an jeden weiterempfehlen.
