The property is located in great area however the construction work was disappointing

Pros: The property is in an excellent location for everything such food, shopping and etc. The apartment has plenty of space

Cons: The property was located in an area where there was a lot of construction going on. We were disturbed every morning with shouting and load banging noises and the bathroom downstairs the tiles had come off previously and was not finished to a reasonable standard.

Pros: Spacious 2 storey apartment in a convenient location. Nice decor and facilities.

Cons: Ill thought out kitchen lighting !

Nice place to stay

Pros: Very good location and communicative host, clean house.

Pros: Hakim was very hospitable and responsive, checking regularly on us and even helped booking a taxi for a day trip at a really good price. We really enjoyed our stay as the place felt like a second home and really liked how spacious the entire place was. Rooms were also well supplied with soaps, washing machine, cutlery etc and we made good use of these. Would definitely book through Hakim again and would recommend this apartment.

Pros: We booked the place without hassle. The host and caretaker are nice. The location is within the city center.

Excellent

Pros: Spacious, smart TV (youtube + netflix), very well-stocked fridge for breakfast (enough for), bit cold in the winter evenings but enough electric heaters available. Excellent location close to Gueliz within 20 minute bus / taxi journey to Djemaa el fenaa 3 bathrooms Very responsive and helpful Hakim - allowed us to drop bags off earlier and topped up gas cylinder within 15 minutes of me messaging.

Pros: it was clean, it was spacious. was amazing to have supplies left for breakfast. in an ideal location. nice to have an outside bit as well

Cons: It was a little cold but i’d imagine in the summertime this is more ideal but there were plenty of blankets available

Pros: We enjoyed having the apartment to ourselves but with food for breakfast etc provided. There were a lot of pans etc that we could cook with as well. The host was super helpful over text and helped us with a pretty cheap taxi option. It's in the new town so less hectic than the old town/medina but a bit of a walk from the old town where most of the tourist attractions are.

Pros: Beautiful, spacious apartment, excellent beds and bathrooms. The breakfast was self-service, but we found everything we needed in the fridge and cupboards. The location was very peaceful, away from the chaos, but still in an interesting, lively neighbourhood.

Cons: Not enough sun, but keep in mind that this can be a huge plus in the hot months.

It was very pleasant

Pros: We did like the space. Each of us had their own room. Smart tv was handy. Kitchen was well equipped.

Cons: Not enough eggs for two breakfasts for 3 people. Fact that one of the bedrooms has clear glass wall and everyone could see through it from the livingroom.
