Pros: It was a pleasant stay very hot for May time was not expecting it to be that hot! The layout of the apartment, the deco, the balcony, the tv, the pool was spot on. Also washing machine a big bonus, instead of going back with dirty clothes managed to wash it! Hussain was very helpful always made sure we were safe and not overcharged for our taxis! Very good guy! Local food was very good! Managed to get a lot of pool time just for ourselves there were times where it was quiet n sometimes others were there but kids enjoyed having a couple hours everyday for themselves. Also fridge in kitchen was great at icing our waters for outings!

Cons: The only disappointment was that the air con was only downstairs and 1 room so the rest of the place was very hot. Air con should have been in the master bedroom but only the small bedroom had one. Also not as clean as i would have liked it but it was ok. Inside the cupboards were very dusty so never used any of them. Also did not like very much that anyone in the pool can see directly into the kitchen, there was no curtains there.

Pros: On arrival, we had difficulty locating the property as the address provided was not in full. If we had not got help from some kind young fellows, we would have been stuck as we were already facing language barriers with some taxi drivers. I would recommend that full property location and host contact are provided prior to arrival.

Cons: We didn't like how long it took to locate the place as there was no full address provided.

Pros: Balcony was amazing as was the shared pool, Hossein was our concierge and helped us lots throughout our stay we felt totally welcomed and looked after! Nice quiet area too but only a 30 minute walk to the centre of Marrakech

Great apartment for family

Pros: Very friendly staff, check in and check out very smooth without any issues. Apartment comfortable, clean and spacious equipped with terraces and very useful Kitchen. Location really good, walking distance to the centre of Marrakesh and many restaurants. The only challenge is to find a place for car if you rented one.

AHHHMAZING!!!

Pros: I love when a Host goes out of their way to help you and make you feel at home! Assisted with transportation which was very important to us as we had someone with us who was pregnant. The host really made us feel welcome. Ill defo be back again!!

Pros: It was a 20 minute walk to the main Souk . The restaurants nearby are fantastic and reasonably priced. Houssein was a big help . The little balcony was lovely to sit in . Overall a lovely place .

Cons: The apartment above us was very noisy and the noise would stop between 12 and 1am which was very frustrating. The bed was very hard and not comfortable, a topper would make a big difference. Would love a few more kitchen things a Sharp knife would be good. Had a problem with the air-conditioning in the second room but they were going to fix it after we left which I hope they have as it was quite dangerous. NEED TO GET THE ADDRESS THE MAKE GETTING THROUGH IMMIGRATION AND ALSO THE TAXI CAN FIND THE ADDRESS . IT WAS VERY SCARY WHEN WE REALISED WHAT ADDRESS WE HAD WASN'T ENOUGH.
