The Sapphire Apartment with Private Swimming Pool & Hot Tub - Hivernage Quarter - By Goldex Marrakech

Pros: The apartment was like an oasis in the heat with a fantastic swimming pool and hot tub. The staff who looked after the apartment and grounds were excellent and a credit to the place. It was very spacious and close by to local amenities such as a Carrefour supermarket within ten minutes walk.

Cons: Some attention to detail would improve the rating given. For the price paid too many little defects and issues let it down. The kitchen area is in need of an upgrade as its not befitting for such a high end price paid. It lets down the fantastic living area. Simple things in the apartment like lights not working or bulbs needing replaced were not expected for the price paid. Communication via booking.com was good but the number supplied for calls was either wrong or never answered. The address was also problematic for the airport transfer. This is likely not an issue for the apartment itself but was an issue on arrival as the transfer could not find the address given.
