Confort et tranquillité

Pros: Le confort de l’appartement. Sa tranquillité. Sa propreté. Son emplacement. Le tarif. Le Wi-Fi ! Par contre, pas de tablette près de la douche pour poser son gel et son shampoing. Un seul petit crochet tout léger pour accrocher des serviettes de bains....

Cons: L’accueillante ne prend pas le temps suffisant pour expliquer les détails de l’organisation de l’hébergement. De plus, je l’ai contacté à 3 reprises. Première fois, elle a répondu à mon interrogation. Deuxième fois, non joignable par téléphone et troisième fois suite à une panne du Wi-Fi, elle ne s'est pas informée pour savoir si celui-ci était rétablit! Peux bcp mieux faire dans l’accueil et la présence !
