Magnifique appartement en plein centre ville

Great comfy stay. It’s an oasis.

Pros: This apartment is exactly as the pictures show. Clean, cosy and had all we needed. All facilities stated on the listing are there. The owner was professional and polite. There’s a supermarket on the ground floor of the front side of the building and this was very convenient. It’s a 5 minute walk to one of the gates to the old Medina, souk and the square. Walking distance to other places of interest.

Cons: The location is hectic! This has nothing to do with the property but the building is in a busy area and it was under renovation. This was made worse by the rains. While that is temporary, the foyer at the entrance on ground floor needs more lighting.

Very pleased, totally recommend. Enough space!

Pros: Very nice apartment with enough space (!) and comfortable furniture! Very good and polite host! He even took us with his car to get drinks and snacks - as we arrived at midnight and most shops were closed! Very easy communication via WhatsApp (for all our questions). Apartment had a very nice view and was near an entrance to the Medina and near to Jardin Majorelle. We were pleased to have a big living room with two sofas and TV (connectable to our laptop via WLAN) - especially enjoyed this after a busy and hectic day at the city. Two bathrooms! Kitchen and big fridge. Hot and warm water. Good price, good location! Would totally recommend!!

Cons: There is currently a construction site nearby and renovations going on in one of the apartments in the house, which can be heard sometimes (e.g. at 10 a.m. on our check-out day, but not in the early morning, so sleep is fine).

Pros: Excellent location over a supermarket and 100 m from the souk walls. The apartment with two bathrooms, TVs in every room.

Cons: Property would benefit from some upgrades, kitchen utensils are falling apart, hard to cook on crooked pan for instance.

Pros: The layout of the apartment , the location clean and confortable exellet.

Cons: The outside of the building dirty. The entrance was scary, and the smell of cats pee. Theelevstor, not clean not working

Pros: good apartment ,could do with a little updating ,the host was very helpful and the location was ideal for the medina .there were some rough sleepers nearby which did not cause any trouble and there was a large wasteland opposite which was used by the locals occasionally as a toilet but overall we had a good experience

Pros: It is an amazing apartment with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a huge living room. Parking in the basement and a supermarket on the first floor. The medina/old town is just across the street.

A luxury apartment at an affordable price

Pros: A huge apartment with TVs everywhere and 2 bathrooms. The owner picked me up from the train station and dropped me off at the airport the next morning for a small fee, far better than being at the mercy of the crooks that drive the taxis. The apartment is a short walk to the lively Rue Bab Doukkala and also very close to the Jardin Majorelle.

In general, it's a good apartment to use as a base for your trip in Marrakeche and Morocco. Would recommend.

Pros: Clean and good facility. Easy to get in touch and communicate with the owner. Location is good. A large supermaket in the building that can get to via lift directly is very convenient.

Cons: The location is convenient to visit Medina and Jardine Majorelle. But it is by a busy road and is quite noisy even though the apartment is on 4th floor. You will need a couple of nights to get used to it.

Pros: Very big and new apartment. Great host, who was available for airport pickup. Super comfy beds. Five minutes walking from Jardine Majorelle and about 30 minutes strolling through the souks to Djeema El Fna.

very good and convenient deffo will book again if I ever visit again.

Pros: amazing … nothing was missing .. all you need was there. watchman was great, secure, quiet and felt safe. it was in prime location so was good. super market just below the building so anything you need was just stone throw away.

Cons: nothing much in particular… just small things like no batteries for air cons but they aren’t something worth noting to be honest
