Good choice for families.

Pros: Nice new appartment in a newly built residential area. Safety ensured by 7/24 reception desk at the main entrance, easy access. We liked the proximity of Menara Mall. Old town is accessible by bus or taxi (but the distance is also walkable, it takes cca. 35 mins to get there). The appartment was clean and spacious, the owner was communicative.

Cons: Overall good impression, still, some minor details could be improved (e.g. extra blankets should be available; at the time of our stay air conditioning units were either not functioning or not heating, which could be a problem in cooler evenings- however, the heating device available in the flat solved the problem). For people sensitive to noises of the planes taking off in the morning could be a problem.

Overall a great place to stay. Highly recommended. The host was great.

Pros: The apartment was very spacious and located in a quiet residential complex. Lots of air and sunlight. The pool was great. Located very close to Menara Mall in the Hivernage area which is a safe neighbourhood, and ideal for tourists. Only 15 mins from the airport. A great place to stay if you want to stay away from the busy market area. Ideal for family with small kids.

Cons: Few things need to be fixed, for e.g. the A/c machine in the twin room doesn’t stop, the flush in the small toilet is very hard to press which needs to be replaced, the door for the same toilet can’t be close, kitchen door falling off, there’s no extra toilet paper (we had to buy some), etc. these are very small things that need to be fixed. But didn’t cause any problems to us.

Bel appartement spacieux et tranquille !

Pros: Beau grand appartement, bien décoré ! Les lits sont confortables et il y a amplement de rangement pour mettre toutes nos choses. Le cadre est tranquille puisque loin d'une rue passante. Il y a plusieurs restaurants à proximité et une épicerie avec tout ce qu'il faut dans le centre commercial tout près. La récupération des clés a été très simple (dans une boîte avec code à côté de la porte) et l'hôte a répondu très rapidement à mes questions.

Cons: Il n'y a pas beaucoup de chaudrons, poêles, etc. pour faire à manger, mais ça ne nous a pas dérangé puisque nous allions toujours au restaurant.

Pros: J'ai passé une bonne nuit dans cet appartement! L'endroit était propre et très bien situé, ce qui a rendu mon séjour encore plus agréable. L'hôte était accueillant et a pris le temps de me donner des recommandations locales. Je recommande vivement cet hébergement à tous ceux qui cherchent un endroit confortable, chaleureux et proche de toutes les commodités. Merci pour cette belle expérience et à bientôt 😊
